The Caravan is the most perfect wee getaway, an amazing spot so close to famous pubs and only a 5 minute drive into the Downings. The price is very reasonable for 6 people and pet friendly which is a bonus! We also were allowed to pay a little extra for early check in and late check out which I loved. The Caravan itself has absolutely no faults, so spacious, well kept, the beds were so comfortable and it was so peaceful day & night. Gutted I only booked one night but we most certainly will be back! Thank you so much for everything, we look forward to rebooking again 😃

Just back from our stay. The place was spacious.,clean,well equipped, Comfortable in a lovely private spot and a beautiful view. Lovely decking area outside with seating to enjoy the view and the beautiful sunset. Would definitely recommend and we will be back.

James was very welcoming and responsive in the days before we went. James' mobile home was the perfect little getaway for Easter with my family. The location is perfect, a few mins from Downings town and within walking distance to the Singing Pub. The views are stunning and over looking the Harry Blaney Bridge. James has left a list of Taxis and food recommendations. A spacious kitchen/ living area. Comfortably slept 6. Towels were provided. It is an old van but he has it well equipped with heaters throughout. Toilet and Shower room are separate. Rooms are free from clutter and well kept. It is very private and has its own parking spaces and decking. There is a bbq grill in the shed. A big win with the wifi, tv/ Netflix and YouTube . Happy teens at night! Thanks James, we will be back with you over the summer.

The stay was nothing but perfect. Nice and simple with great views, plenty of room and private parking for multiple cars. James was a lovely host I would recommend for anyone
