Beautiful apartment in the old town of Seville with capacity for up to 5 guests. It has free parking space in subway and guarded parking in the same building. Very LUMINOUS, quiet and well equipped. It has AIR CONDITIONING in all rooms. A few minutes walk from the main monuments. Surrounded by all kinds of restaurants and stores. PERFECT LOCATION for cultural, monumental, gastronomic and leisure tourism. The apartment is located in a quiet historic building in the city center, with beautiful courtyards and water fountains inside. The parking space, included in the price, is a great advantage as there are great difficulties to park in the city center. The parking is subway and is located in the same building, is monitored by security cameras and has an elevator to reach the apartment. The apartment is on the first floor, and the building has an elevator. Inside, all rooms have balconies that provide plenty of NATURAL LIGHT, is very cozy, modern and comfortable, and is perfectly conditioned and equipped with everything you need to relax and spend unforgettable days in Seville. It has 2 BEDROOMS, complete BATHROOM, KITCHEN and DINING ROOM. It can accommodate up to 5 PEOPLE (double bed in master bedroom, single bed in junior room, and double sofa bed in the living room), and is perfect for families with or without children. It has a dining table with chairs, Smart TV with Internet connection to enjoy your streaming platforms, and a SOFA-BED chaiselonge. The MAIN BEDROOM, has a double bed (double) and a fairly large built-in closet. The KITCHEN is fully equipped. It has a variety of kitchen utensils and small and large appliances: washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, etc... The bathroom has a hairdryer and we also include a set of COTTON TOWELS for each guest, as well as toilet paper, gel, shampoo and hand soap. The apartment has centralized AIR CONDITIONING, as well as a heat pump to provide heat to the home in winter. For our guests' peace of mind, there is NO BUTANE GAS in the apartment. Hot water is supplied by electricity and the water heater has more than enough capacity for the entire group of guests. Right next to the building there is a supermarket, which is also a great advantage.

Die Wohnung war perfekt. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig nach hinten raus. Die Einrichtung war neu & top modern. Der Innenhof allein ist ein Highlight. Alle Zimmer sind geräumig und groß. In der Küche hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir reisten mit unserem Sohn (1 Jahr) und bekamen ein Babybett und einen Hochstuhl - wirklich ein Luxus. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine zentrale Klimaanlage, welche wir bei den Temperaturen ins Sevilla gern genutzt haben. Sie ist sehr leise. Von Vorteil ist auch der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Dieser ist und war uns viel wert. Für größere Autos ein wenig eng, aber es funktioniert. Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, das Auto kann man also während des Aufenthaltes stehen lassen. Bis Las Setas sind es keine 10 Minuten und bis zur Kathedrale ist es ein gemütlicher Spaziergang von 30 Minuten. Direkt neben dem Apartmentkomplex gibt es einen Supermarkt. Der Check in verlief super nett und unkompliziert. Die Kommunikation war immer schnell.
I cannot find a better host!!! The apartment is super clean and beautiful. The internet is fast if you are working online, it’s perfect. Everything is walking distance! No need for a car. Restaurants are everywhere and the Host recommendations are perfect. The house is complete and has everything you can possibly need. What’s best is the big market/grocery is just next door! We bought great Jamon, cheese, bread, fruits, .. I recommend this apartment 100%. I will be back.
L’appartement de Manuel est parfait ! Nous y avons passé 3 nuits à 5 durant la Feria d’Abril 2024. Il est très bien équipé, joliment décoré, très propre et confortable. L’environnement est calme car l’appartement est entouré de très jolis patios qui l’isolent complètement de la rue. Il est très bien situé, tout près du centre historique. Nous nous sommes déplacés exclusivement à pieds et c’était vraiment pratique. Le supermarché situé à 2 minutes de l’immeuble est appréciable, tout comme le parking souterrain. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Emmanuel. Nous recommandons sans hésitation cet appartement !
Everything was perfect!
Very beautiful and peaceful apartment in the heart of the city. We used the parking space in the underground garage which was perfect and Manuel met us to show us around. The apartment is walking distance to all of the main attractions in Seville and it's fun to get lost walking around it's cobbled streets. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped. I would return in a heartbeat!

The Padre Jeronimo de Cordoba square is located in the heart of the old part of the city, and its location is ideal because in addition to providing the possibility of reaching any point of tourist interest on foot, it is located a few meters from the square where the bus lines that reach the center end, so it is perfectly connected to the airport, train station, etc...
Undoubtedly, the best option to move around the city center is on foot. If our guests come by car, we recommend that they park it in the parking space we have reserved for them and enjoy the city on foot.
