Visit our newly renovated, spacious annex which has separate living space, shower room and kitchen along with private access and parking. Self contained suite with kitchen amenities including; undercounter fridge freezer, microwave, air fryer and washing machine. Large bedroom/living area with king size bed, smart TV, wardrobe and small table and chairs. Modern bathroom which includes shower cubicle, WC, and sink.

A fantastic place to stay. An ideal location- a short bus trip or a walk into Wareham. A really high standard finish inside with everything one could possibly need. I messaged Rachel prior to and on the day of check in, she was always friendly and responsive. Nothing seemed to be too much. The place was spotless. Couldn’t fault a single thing. 100% would recommend to anyone looking at staying in the area. Thank you for being such a lovely host with such a beautiful place.
We had a lovely overnight stay here! Rachel's place was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The bed was really comfortable! There were some great places to eat within a few minutes drive and the location was perfect as a base for exploring the local area.

Our Guest House is situated 10 minute walk from Wareham forest in Sandford. 5 minutes drive from the Saxon walled town of Wareham, where you will find plenty of shops, cosy pubs and restaurants.
2 minute walk away from an Asda local and petrol station.
Convenient transport links nearby. Bus services running from end of our road to Swanage and Poole.
Wareham train station 20 minute walk away.
