Brandy's place was exactly as described. It was perfect for our small group of three. The place was clean and cozy. One thing that has always been important to me is the beds. The beds at Brandy's place were very comfortable. She was also very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. I definitely recommend this rental to others and would stay there again if I were to return to the area!

Brandy was extremely communicative from booking to check out. She even let us know we could check in anytime in the morning - we were coming from out of town after work so weren’t able to take advantage, but such an amazing option! The place was even nicer than pictures. Might be on the smaller side if you had a larger family but perfect for us. There were Two good sized bedrooms upstairs and an open floor plan on first floor with a dining room table, kitchen and living room. The kitchen and bathrooms were clearly upgraded; we loved that there was an upstairs and downstairs bathroom! There were thoughtful touches like shampoo and waters throughout! Note that beds were a bit firm but still comfortable - there is also a bit of noise that could be heard from outside but nothing that kept us awake. Street parking was a breeze. Great trip and host - thank you!

Brandy’s place was just as shown when booking. Very responsive with all questions before, during and after the stay. Looking forward to visiting the area in the near future and staying at Brandy’s place.
