Part of a barn conversion, Swallow’s Nest has a beamed open plan living area with views over the countryside. Comfortable and cosy, it sleeps 4 in a double room and a bunk. Swallow's Nest is one of 10 cottages at Hilton Farm Holidays, a small rural complex of self-catering cottages, near the seaside town of Bude in North Cornwall. Shared facilities on site include a hot tub, outdoor pool (Easter-end Sept), play area, games room, tennis court. FIRST FLOOR Entrance from balcony into kitchen / living area. The balcony overlooks the pool and has table and chairs for 4. The well-equipped kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge (with ice box) and dishwasher. There is a dining table and chairs with space for 4. Comfortable sofa, armchairs for 4. TV and DVD. Stairs with gate down to ground floor. GROUND FLOOR Hallway leading to bedrooms and shower room. Bedroom with bunk bed - please note the bunk beds are not suitable for adults and are smaller than standard size. Double bedroom at the back of the cottage looking onto the quiet courtyard and over the fields. Shower room (small). Swallow’s Nest has a balcony outside with table and chairs for 4

Entire complex was great! Location has views of the coast. hosts were amazing and reply really quickly to any questions. Pool is large and kept to a good temperature. Fully recommend!!
The place was amazing, perfect location just 9 min drive to Bude. Very clean and great installations. Excellent hosting. We highly recommend this place. A perfect place for a family holidays, very good location and the hot tube was just fantastic 😊.
Lovely 3 night stay at this farm. Our cottage was swollows nest. Beautiful views of the countryside and animals, peacful location and 2 mile drive to beach at bude. Our cottage we loved, as you go down to the bedrooms which confused our dog but we found it quirky. Enclosed patio so dog could not escape and it looks over the pool and hot. So perfect for us. Games room was fun with the pool table. You wont be disappointed staying here. Pefect cornish get away, with Bude on your doorstep for lots to do. We have booked another week already! .

Really enjoyed our stay, great facilities (pool, hot tub, tennis court etc)! Apartment was a bit smaller than expected however as there was only two of us it was fine! Great beaches on a short drive away and overall a great little get away!

Our cottages are in a rural site on the outskirts of a small village. There is a community shop and pub in the village (10 minutes walk). We have fantastic views over the countryside towards the coast. We are 10 minutes drive from Bude town centre and Widemouth Bay and just a few minutes from the A39 which gives easy access to North Cornwall and North Devon. The coastal path and a choice of beaches are within a 10 minute drive.
Public transport in the area is not good, so a car is recommended if you would like to explore the area.
