This is a superb base for a visit to North Cornwall. Joanne’s is a spacious ( yet toasty) home from home - great views, amazing facilities, super comfy beds and up to the minute kitchen, bathrooms /en suites. We appreciated her recommendations for places to eat and wish we could have stayed longer to explore further. Excellent value for money and I would say that if you wanted a trip to this lovely coast then I couldn’t think of anywhere better.

My partner and I absolutely loved this house. Over the years we have visited many properties, this was one of the best I've ever been to. The location is stunning, the house is perfectly finished, luxurious and homely. The host was very welcoming and communication brilliant. It's not very often a house makes you smile on entering but this was truly special.

My husband and I stayed at Beeston Farmhouse in November, it was postponed from last November due to covid, but it was well worth the wait! The house is gorgeous – it has a country farmhouse feel, but with modern touches. It is decorated to a high standard, is very clean and has everything you need. It is very spacious with 2 large bedrooms and 3 bath / shower rooms. The view from the garden, the lounge, dining rooms and both bedrooms is just stunning – rolling hills and green fields. We could see the sun rise and set from our bedroom! The kitchen and utility room are well equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher, large fridge freezer, induction hob and washing machine. There is a separate dining room with TV. The lounge is spacious with a lovely log burner, a large TV and patio doors that lead to the garden with its amazing views. I am also in love with the wooden staircase that is full of character! We walked to Bude a few times, which took about 1hr 15 mins. There is a footpath from the Farmhouse that leads to you to the village of Marhamchurch, and then you can walk along the canal, so no need to dodge the traffic! We also loved Bude itself, it is very quaint with no high-rise buildings and lots of good places to eat. We have stayed in many self catering accommodations and this was definitely our favourite, we want to retire here! I would recommend Beeston Farmhouse for couples, families or friends, as one of the bedrooms has zip & link beds so can be made up as a super king or twins.

A beautiful, very tastefully farmhouse with lovely extra finishing touches ,loved the cake on arrival and very welcoming and helpful host. Great location for walking and exploring the area , a special find.
