Loved our stay at Jamie’s place. Great location and a fabulous garden and Summer house. Jamie was a great host with lots of great recommendations. Would definitely visit again.

Had a fantastic week here in October - family of 4 plus 1 grandparent & dog. The house was great, felt straight at home. Had everything we needed - including coffee maker (always a winner in an airbnb!) House warmed up really quickly which was a bonus as weather had started to cool down a bit. Comfy beds, clean kitchen, great shower - no complaints whatsoever on that front. Jamie was a perfect host. Replied very quickly to any query and popped in to say hello after we had settled in. Had some good local recommendations for places to visit, pubs etc. The house is definitely what you would call private. Located at the end of quiet track with only one close neighbour. Sooo peaceful, found it hard to wake up! But only a 10 min drive to Bude & shops. Would definitely recommend a breakfast at the nearby Weir Bistro and then one of the circular walks from there. Will certainly try and book again if heading to this part of Cornwall again. Thanks to Jamie & Family

Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home, we had a fabulous time in your lovely cottage! Fantastic peaceful garden and home from home furnishings! Cosy and perfectly formed we loved it here !! Will be on our top few places to return to - thanks again !

We had a very comfortable and enjoyable week in this characterful cottage and surroundings. The garden and garden room was very much appreciated, especially on showery days it still felt as if you were outdoors. The village pub was very friendly and in walking distance from the cottage. It was an easy walk along the canal path to Bude and a short drive to the nearest beach Summerleaze. Potters fish restaurant in Bude serves delicious meals and the Weir Cafe is in a lovely setting.

Jamie was a great host. Great communication and a nice welcome; both remotely on check-in, and in person a day later. He provided useful information on places to visit locally. The cottage is charming, and has a lovely large garden with glass garden room (which came in useful for games/reading on a rainy afternoon).
