We have just returned from a week at Pencuke Farm. We had a wonderful time. The Dutch barn is stunning, a great space for our whole family to hang out. We had 3 wild toddlers on our trip - the space was safe and big enough to accommodate them too. The beds were comfy, everywhere was immaculate. We loved visiting the alpacas and sheep each morning. Ross and Becky are really helpful. I’d highly recommend staying here. We will be back.
We are a family of 5 and stayed during Easter holidays with our dog who loved sunbathing in the garden. The barn was incredible and the kids loved having TVs in their rooms. The living room is huge and the hot tub a big hit. For golfers the virtual golf will be a hit with all the family and the Alpacas very popular with the kids. The barn is located on a picturesque small holding close to some truly amazing coastline walks and sandy beaches - it’s so well placed for Bude, Rock/ Padstow and Polzeath. The local pubs were great too with excellent food. The only shame was needing coins for the pool table which we didn’t have on us but a minor point. Overall the property exceeded expectations and while we didn’t interact with the resident owners much they were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend.
Lovely stay with our family. Very impressed the Barn, had all the amenities you could possibly want. As an electric car user, easy and convenient charging. Very clean when we arrived, would definitely recommend and will be staying again the future.
We stayed in the Dutch barn for 4 nights, the barn was clean, tidy and spacious, The hot tub was a fantastic touch which we used every night and was ready to use as soon as we arrived. There was a pool table which we used (just remember to bring some £1 coins) The area was very quiet and relaxing and a nice touch to feed the alpacas. Becky was also at hand if we had any questions and replied instantly. Thank you for a lovely stay and will definitely be coming back next year!
Lovely place, nice and quiet but not too far away from civilisation if thats what you require. Alpacas are a great touch especially if you have kids who love animals like ours does. Would definitely return and would highly recommend staying here.
