Had an amazing time at Colins place, he is a warm friendly and positive person. His dog Buster was the best 🐕, the house itself has a very unique and beautiful style, highlight of my trip in Cairns so far, thank you Colin :)

My boyfriend and I loved staying in Colin’s rainforest retreat. He made us feel very at home and even kindly cooked us a meal one night. The view from the bedroom of the garden and pond was beautiful, but our highlight was playing with his very easygoing dog, Buster.

there is only one word to accurately describe both colin’s home and colin and that is ‘fabulous’. the home itself is tucked away in a peaceful cul de sac, and from the moment you walk in you feel right at home. the decor and furnishings are stylish and welcoming, and the lagoon garden is like nothing else i have seen. the floor to ceiling louvres around the house give it a beautiful airy feeling and the room itself is stunning, with a sitting area and a super comfortable bed with a vista over the lagoon and the beautiful tropical garden. if you are coming for a peaceful relaxing night you have got it! colin is also fabulous. charming and charismatic, with the choice to join him for drinks, chats and, if you are lucky a round of kareoke. Colin is also conscious that sometimes you want peace and quiet and privacy and also ensures that is available. i have nothing bad to say about this beautiful air B &B. it will be my go to place to stay when i’m travelling through cairns

We loved staying with Colin and Buster (his dog). One day we took Buster for a walk, we enjoyed our time together, he is a very cute dog. Colin is super friendly, open and generous! We loved having a chat whit him and karaoke! The house is great! spacious, naturally illuminated and comfy. The room has an amazing window view to the forest, a comfortable bed and a cute couch that also turns into bed. We really loved our time in this beautiful place. Thank you so much Colin!

Colin made us feel very welcome from the start and the house is amazing in a lovely location. If you want something that is quiet and relaxing this is exactly it. The room was so spacious and a very comfortable bed. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and will be booking again if we we ever go back to Cairns.
