Très très beau logement en dernier étage avec plafond haut en voûte - ascenseur -et surtout terrasse ensoleillée et vue dégagée au loin sur la superbe basilique st jean de latran et à vos pieds vous aurez le Colisée à quelques mètres et le forum, le reste de la ville est accessible très rapidement et la nuit on dort au calme car les nombreux resto de la rue ferment avant minuit ! Et la literie est au top.. L’hôte est charmante et réactive , le ménage impeccable avec de petites attention comme une bouteille de vin à l’arrivée Bref Une très belle adresse !

Un excellent séjour à Rome dans l’appartement de Federica Maria Appartement Impeccable, propre, bien agencé et équipé ( il vient d’être rénové) Il est idéalement situé à 5 minutes du Colisée Métro et bus tout près Endroit calme Super hôte très proactive et réactive Une super terrasse où prendre son petit déjeuner au soleil Vraiment à recommander !!!

This apartment is as absolutely stunning. The decor was classic and luxurious, the furnishings and finishing were top notch with high quality new reincarnation. The place is full of light and natural air with a jaw dropping landscape. It’s one footstep away from the coliseum with a view of the top from the apartment balcony. As a woman traveling solo, I felt incredibly safe and totally spoiled in the flat. It has a fully outfitted kitchen, spacious shower and cozy bed. The building has a sizable lift that takes you to the penthouse. There are three cafes attached to the building so you don’t even have to leave the to grab coffee, pizza or gelato. Cant wait to come and stay again!

Our stay at Fredrica's place was great! The detail in the design of the apartment is lovely, it's the perfect place to relax in after a day of exploring Rome. The location is really good, right next to the Colosseum. We arrived late on our first night and we were able to get pizza in one of the restaurants close by. There is also a great cafe just downstairs for your morning coffee. Fredrica and Eliza were both great to communicate with, they replied straight away which was very reassuring. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome.

Escapade à Rome le temps d'un weekend à la météo estivale, l'appartement est idéalement placé à proximité immédiate du Colisée et du Forum Romain. La terrasse jouit d'une vue partielle de ces deux monuments, ainsi que sur les toits de Rome. L'appartement correspondait en tout point à l'annonce, celui ci est décoré avec goût, fonctionnel et très propre. Nous avons été bien accueilli à notre arrivée par Eliza. Merci pour la bouteille de vin, nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce geste. Je recommande vivement !
