Pros: Amy is a good host. When we had issues (which are to follow), she responded promptly. Her instructions upon check-in were clear. The area is nice and quiet. The parking options are abundant. The house is pretty and the kitchen/living room has a wow factor upon initial entry. The games room is a great idea. The master bedroom was pleasant. The number of bathrooms was great. Cons: the boiler didn’t work upon check-in but we’d realised in the evening when it got chilly. We were told to do several checks of things and thus froze the first day, night and second day. Amy did however send out a plumber promptly when asked. Secondly, the top floor sockets do not work at all. This meant no charging options for devices or use of appliances. The hot tub had a layer of brown dirt among the water line, and sand at the bottom. The WiFi was bad. Thank you to Amy. The cons are not to do with the service received but more so the extent to which the property is fit for purpose.

Amy was brilliant and she was available for any question. It was a beautiful house and we loved the location. We had one or two small issues but Amy was brilliant at trying to sort them for us so all in all, well worth it. Thank you Amy!
