Upon arrival, it took over an hour to get a reply for a keypad code. Through out the day I had properly tried to communicate in advance to not have any inconvenience when arriving. Once I was able to go inside the Airbnb, I was welcomed to a dirty place. The fridge was filthy, microwave was very dirty, sheets and blankets were stained and full of hair, the walls were stained and had splatters. Floors and mats were also dirty and crusty. To access the Airbnb you have to go through a dirt walkway of about 10ft to the back of the house. To make things worse, one of the tenants was watering the yard that day. Which obviously made things messier. The place could have been great, but it needs more attention. Hosts were friendly and tried fixing the issue, but it was not a quick fix. I was already exhausted on my arrival. Thankfully host eventually agreed to cancel my reservation.
