Byron and Karen went out of their way to make me feel at home, great communication and easy check in. The warm fireplace and extra throw blankets were a welcome addition. It was fully equipped with everything I could need for my short stay. Pictures and descriptions were accurate. Can HIGHLY recommend!
I spent 8 wonderful days in this place. Very large and sunny apartment with a garden. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, high-quality linen and of course a stunning fireplace.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Byron’s lovely townhouse. The place was beautifully decorated with a comfortable king size bed, beautiful courtyards and warm fireplace. I especially enjoyed relaxing in the hammock by the water fountain. The place was fully equipped with all the amenities I needed. Pictures and descriptions were accurate. Check in was a breeze, and the hosts communicated well. Would definitely stay here again.

Sea Point is situated on a narrow stretch of land between Cape Town's well known Lion's Head to the southeast and the Atlantic Ocean to the northwest. Green Point is just before Sea Point lies between the V&A Waterfront and Signal Hill. With the Atlantic Seaboard stretching along the shimmering coastline to your left, and the working harbour and cusp of the city centre to your right, you are nestled in the middle of a truly unique urban space.
Sea Point is the perfect location from which to access the popular Cape Town beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay; and Sea Point’s popular promenade which makes for an interesting early morning amble or late evening walk to view the locals and the sun setting over the sea.
Green Point is aptly named, with lush parkland linking the city to the sea. It exudes a village feel with narrow villa-lined streets, and a dazzling array of bars, restaurants, sidewalk cafes and stylish shops lining the buzz of the main road, with the magnificent Greenpoint stadium dominating the skyline.
Lions Head (a great hike with 360 degree views of Cape Town) and Signal Hill (a perfect sunset picnic spot) are just behind you.
Lots of trendy restaurants and bars on the Sea Point Main Road and Regent Road for you to walk and explore. Along the way, you can visit the Mojo Market. It is an exciting seven days a week food and lifestyle market in beautiful Sea Point. With over 30 stalls that provide delicious food and artisan products, the market is a must-visit. It also boasts the widest selection of beverages on tap.
For groceries and all other amenities, you will be able to find all of your household needs at Piazza St John Shopping Centre just 4 minutes walk from us.
Many amenities are within walking distance and taxis or Uber readily service the area.
A bus stop for a popular MyCiti bus route is nearby. This is a reliable bus service with routes taking you to the inner City. It connects to other routes going to the V&A Waterfront, Clifton & Camps Bay beaches, as well as Hout Bay fishing village.
The red open top "hop-on hop-off" City Sightseeing bus stops is a great way to get to know and explore our city and it's surrounds.
