This was the BEST location we ever stayed in in Cape Town! So modern, well-appointed and comfortable. The beauty is that you are in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Seapoint. You can walk anywhere and don't have to use your car at all! The apartment is ultra modern and so stylishly decorated. We enjoyed every minute there... We will be back! Thanks Lance.

Super schönes und gut gelegenes Apartment! Sehr zu empfehlen für 1-2 Personen! Die Lage ist auch super! Man kann vieles zu Fuß erreichen!

Wij vonden het geweldig! Het appartement overtrof de foto's. Het was nieuw, schoon en mooi ingericht. Vanaf de 8e verdieping had je een fenomenaal uitzicht over de stad en op de bergen. Er is een klein zwembad op dezelfde verdieping met uitzicht op zee. We vonden het jammer dat we maar voor 2 nachten geboekt hadden. We willen hier zeker weer terugkomen!

Lance‘s place is the ideal hub to explore Mother City. Either going down to Cape of Good Hope or around the corner respectively hill it’s easy to get there. If we had any questions we received an answer usually within minutes. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely consider his appartment again when we return to Cape Town.
