Our stay at Sea Point was absolutely top notch. The apartment is absolutely beautiful with loads of great restaurants and things to do nearby. We felt secure and comfortable, we even spent a few nights in watching the sunset from the comfort of the living room! The apartment was immaculate and well equipped and the hosts were available and responsive whenever we had questions.

Everything about the place was great and as described. Very centric safe and private. Walkable to all the nice restaurants groceries gym and beach . Very happy with my stay 🙏🏻thank you

This is an exceptional Airbnb. The views are absolutely breathtaking and the apartment itself is spacious and very well equipped. I loved having my coffee in the morning looking out to the ocean. The location is also superb - it’s walking distance to lots of great restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. You also have direct access to the promenade by the beach which is great for walking/running/cycling. If you’re super sensitive to noise - you can hear noise from street below with windows open but it did not impact my enjoyment of the space. Finally the hosts have done a great job making sure you experience minimal disruption with loadshedding. Few other things to note - this airbnb has a pretty amazing sound system and it was a wonderful extra gem that I enjoyed. The floors are super slippery with socks on - so either go barefoot or wear something with grip.

Lovely flat in Seapoint with a beautiful view of the sea. Location is good and near the supermarkets and good restaurants.

Albertus’s listing is a perfect place to stay if you want somewhere walkable and has easy access to the beach, restaurants, and store. It is also easy access to get to other locations within Cape Town. I recommend his place for visitors coming to Cape Town. I would stay here again in the future. Albertus is also a great host as he is responsive via message and was very helpful with out questions. He also has access to drivers if you are planning a trip outside of Cape Town.
