Bright and modern furnished 35 SQM apartment in Kungsholmen, only a 20 minute walk from the City Central, 10 minutes walk from Fridhemsplan and Västermalmsgallerian. The studio is situated in a nice area overlooking the beautiful waterfront, close to shopping and a variety of restaurants and pubs. The apartment is bright and got a hotel-like interior with modern design. The apartment is well suited for you traveling as a family, couple or just you as a guest. High speed WIFI Internet is provided along with essentials such as Iron, Iron Board, Hair Dryer. Self-service Laundry facilities are available on site and can be booked. The street it self is calm (even though it's close to the more busy streets) and there is parking available on the street. There is an elevator in the building. In the apartment there is a beautiful view towards the calm street and ocean outside. The comfortable bed that is 160cm wide and fits 2 persons. In the livingroom is a bedsofa that is 140cm wide and fits 2 persons

Perfekt boende. Buss utanför dörren. Nära tunnelbana. Underbart läge nära vatten. Nära till city. Ren och prydlig lägenhet. Toppen helt enkelt.
Hôte très sérieux, réactif et qui fournit toutes les informations nécessaires au bon déroulement de votre séjour. L'appartement est bien situé et très propre. Il est rare de tomber sur une location impeccable comme ça. Merci à vous.
En lille men dog dejlig bolig, der opfyldte vores formål. Der er mulighed for op til 4 gæster i lejligheden, men der var kun to drikkeglas, så en lille opgradering er der mulighed for her. Beliggenheden perfekt i forhold til offentlig transport. Bus 65 holder nærmest lige uden for gadedøren.
L'appartamento è in una zona tranquilla, pulito, luminoso, ordinato e corrisponde alla descrizione, e Clara è stata molto gentile e precisa nelle istruzioni per il self check-in. la zona è un po' distante dal centro, ma esattamente davanti al portone ferma il bus 65 per il centro (circa 15-20 Min per raggiungerlo), le stazioni della metro sono a circa 15 Min a piedi. In zona ci sono alcuni ristoranti, anche etnici, e Lidl a 5 minuti a piedi. unico problema forse l'ascensore che non funziona, ma essendo First floor I gradini da salire sono davvero pochi! Noi eravamo in 4 e abbiamo usato la cucina solo per la colazione; da tener presente che non ci sono microonde o lavastoviglie, mentre è presente lavanderia comune al condominio (da prenotare in caso di utilizzo). per la raccolta differenziata rifiuti c'è un locale fronte strada apribile con la chiave del portone, ma i vari contenitori là presenti purtroppo non ci sembravano etichettati e non siamo certi di aver conferito correttamente
We stayed for 6 nights. The host of the apartment should more care about the requirement of the guest, understand the problem and solve it ASAP. We were keep talking regarding the missing key and how we could book the laundry facilities. We finally used the laundry machine without book it, which we have to stand by waiting for this facility available. We definitely will come back to stay in this apartment next time, if the host could provide the laundry key. Except for the laundry key, the other are already very good.

Kungsholmen is a prime and central location in Stockholm, home to charming shops, a variety of some of the best restaurants in Stockholm, pubs, and cafés. The City Hall and the Central Station are a 20 minutes walk from the apartment and the area is green with parks. The apartment have a beautiful view over the waterfront. You see the beautiful Karlbergs castle from the apartment and you can take a wonderful stroll along the waterside.
All airports have connections to the City Central station (train or buses). The Central Station connects all train lines so after the short walk to the City Central you can go about the whole of Stockholm in just a few minutes. The Metro station "St eriksplan" (Green line) is about 15 minutes walk to the apartment. There is aslo a bus station just outside City Central station where you can take the bus that goes just outside the apartment. Stockholm is a beautiful city that can also be experienced by boat so a recommendation (especially during summer) is to go to Old Town or Nybroviken and take a boat trip.
