Extremely Private Guesthouse on 20 Acres adjoining Wildlife Sanctuary 35 miles east of Ft. Myers. Abundant wildlife viewing while enjoying coffee on the porch. Sub-tropical environment. Hardwood Hammock bordering Protected Wetlands. Some guests don't leave the property. Others use it as a central location for exploring South Florida. Spring Training - Red Sox and Twins Seminole Hardrock Immokalee Hunting, Fishing, Everglades Ft. Myers Historical River District Sanibel/Naples/Beaches. 320 sqft efficiency with 150sqft covered and screened porch. Small but very functional kitchen and bath. 10' ceilings, ceiling fan, double french doors onto balcony and steps. Randy Wayne White Doc Ford collection. Queen bed, Executive Office Chair, two seater dining bar, couch, coffee table, side lamps. The covered/screened porch has matching Acacia dining table and chairs along with a love seat and chair. Great for morning coffee. The best part... The Guesthouse looks out on an idealic three acres. Everyday you will see a plethora of wildlife. Many will not run as you quietly step out for photos. We'll provide some cracked corn for you to share.

Very thankful for Bob’s hospitality. This was our first time at the Guest House and it had everything we needed and more. We have family in the area and it was great to be so close for a family reunion. Bob was very communicative and helpful from when we initially booked all throughout our stay. You have everything you need here (towels, tv, fresh AC, everything you need in a kitchenette, comfortable bed and couch, and more). We felt very comfortable and safe, and loved being part of nature. I highly recommend staying here.
Robert is a great, friendly, and caring host who communicated well. His guest house is located on a beautiful, peaceful, wooded lot with walkable nature trails. This is a nature, wildlife, and photography enthusiast's paradise. Even though we came in late, Robert met us to ensure we got settled. The place has all the necessities and an extremely comfortable bed! The house features an attached screened in porch to enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. He is just getting started and as he says, it is a work in progress, but we will stay again.
I live in Orlando a traffic nightmare on a good day. My goal was to find peace and quiet with some tranquility. If that’s what you’re looking for then Felda is the place. I was there 2 days and saw deer both days. Plus many beautiful birds making their way back to where they came from I presume. I personally enjoy the flora in what is the hammock portion of the state. I bet since my new camera i have hundreds of different plant photos. The Guest House was nicely equipped and with an air conditioning system which I remember having in Europe. The House has a fan unit high on the wall with the normal outdoor unit all so quiet. I am checking the calendar for another time to seek out more peace and tranquility. Shell convenience within 3 miles. Closest Grocery and Restaurants 10 minutes away.
Car required. Private Parking. No fees. Speak to Owner about RVs, Boats, additional Cars or vehicles.

Information Technology, Astronomy, Physics, Wildlife, Martial Arts, People. Prefer a treehouse or sailboat to downtown highrise but lived in all three. Again, contrast. Enjoy sharing our special property with the wildlife and guests.
