Our stay was beyond amazing! This property is even more beautiful than the pictures. Just book it, you won’t regret it! Rosa was the best host we have ever had and we cannot thank her enough for all of the help during our stay. She went above and beyond in every aspect.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely house on Lake Como for a 4-night birthday celebration with my extended family of 15. Our experience was nothing short of fantastic, and we're already planning our return! One of the standout features of this property is the incredible outdoor terrace, which provides the perfect setting for leisurely late afternoon lunches with breathtaking sunset views. As the evening rolled in, we found ourselves congregating in the spacious and inviting living room, creating unforgettable moments and cherished memories together. This house is truly designed for bringing families together and fostering quality time. In my opinion, there's no better place around Lake Como that can offer the same level of experience. To sum up our trip in just three words: I loved it, and so did my entire family. We can't wait to come back!

We recently stayed at this property as a group of 12 adults. The property is absolutely breathtaking. It is far more beautiful, modern and spacious than the photos do justice. Our group are well travelled and discerning, and everyone was very impressed by the home and facilities. Rosa is a brilliant host. She’s will send you many recommendations for restaurants, boat and car transfers, and activities. All were spot on. We also had two dinners with her recommended chef, Luca and it was a highlight of the stay! He is a wonderful chef, but also has great charisma which makes for such a wonderful experience. I was very reluctant making our booking as I hadn’t been to Lake Como before, but the location is fantastic (the best panoramic views of the lake you can imagine) and the property is simply wonderful. Don’t spend any time looking further, this house is the one! Thank you, 𝓡𝓸𝓼𝓪. :)

Wonderful stay. One of the most beautiful views of the lake I saw during my week in Como. The access to the water in Fagetto Lario was relatively easy and very fun for our young family. 𝓡𝓸𝓼𝓪 secured a chef (Luca) for us during our stay and we had our best meal during our two week stay in Italy.
