La casa è divisa in due unità indipendenti: zona giorno e cucina affacciati su lago, bagno e camera padronale con giardino Sotto tre camere da letto vista lago con bagno interno, bagno per la piscina. Piscina naturalistica con ombrellone e lettini. Zona BBQ e 3 posti auto all’aperto Giardini in diversi livelli e ampi terrazzi La proprietà, unica nel suo genere fa parte di un progetto di recupero ed integrazione nel paesaggio, mentre una parte è tutta nuova: la modernità e la natura si fondono in questa oasi di verde affacciata sul meraviglioso lago di Como, dove potete praticare sport all' aperto nei grandi giardini, da soli o a richiesta con un personal trainer, insegnante yoga o pilates o prenotare uno chef per una cena esclusiva o un sommelier per degustazione vini... i grandi tavoli in esterno e all' interno si prestano bene per cene tra amici sotto le stelle.

good view and good location
We had a great time staying here! The place had everything we needed and some! The host emanuela was very kind and helpful! Definitely 5 star worth! Would recommend to anyone coming to como! Thank you for hosting us!
A house of imagination. There are multiple outdoor seating areas and a garden. Panoramic from all sides. The view is stunning on Lake Como. The reality is more beautiful than the pictures. The villa has everything from towels, kitchen utensils, shampoo...everything like a hotel. Emanuela was available for any questions or assistance. She is an excellent host. There are good dining options next to the villa. I highly recommend it
Emanuela's Air BnB in Laglio is simply marvelous! It is surrounded by nature and a breathtaking view of the lake and of the surrounding mountains , it makes you feel you are part of it all! The name Bellavista Laglio is spot on! My time in Laglio was short but memorable, I had my breakfast on the terrace overseeing the lake and a Pilates class in the garden with the same beautiful view. I enjoyed the pool after the class … I mean seriously a sustainable swimming pool ( I think that’s the Emanuela used ) it felt like been on the shoreline! The house is beautiful, with huge glass windows in the living room that can be opened for ventilation , air conditioning and fun and unique pop art . As always thanks so much Emanuela for being an exceptional super host and for having set up an unbelievable Italian dinner with chef and sommelier, a boat tour on the lake and a super relaxing massage I truly needed before heading back to the US. I cannot wait to come back to this oasis!xxx jen

LAGLIO è un piccolo paese di nemmeno 1000 abitanti affacciato sul Lago di Como, divenuto celebre in tutto il mondo perché la star di Hollywood George Clooney ha casa qui. Il lago è un posto molto romantico per celebrare matrimoni e la nostra casa si trova di fronte a Villa Teodolinda ( 1 minuto a piedi) e al Relais Villa Vittoria ( 2 minuti a piedi), entrambe location per matrimoni. Per questo è ideale per le famiglie o amici degli sposi.
Siamo vicini alla spiaggetta di Laglio e ai ristoranti Locanda del Cantiere e Osteria del molo e alla pasticceria Lagolosi, oltre che a Luciano bottega e caffè dove poter fare ottimi aperitivi o mangiare da colazione a sera fino alle 21.00 per uno spuntino, poi ci sono i ristoranti.
L' ideale è avere un' auto, altrimenti da Luciano si possono affittare le vespe ( motorini) , ma a Laglio è tutto walking distance se uno si ferma solo pochi giorni e io posso prenotare transfer o taxi da e per l' aeroporto o per andare a Como e gite in barca privata da 1 a 8 ore da 1 a 10 persone. In estate con i tanti turisti e matrimoni al lago meglio prenotare trasferimenti e barche con un pò di anticipo.
