Comfortable, clean, cosy, affordable, family friendly, self-catering experience in a well -equipped Lodge with beautiful sea & sunset views A rural , peaceful setting with an excellent village shop and located along the NC500 route. Lodge 2 is a detached property, with a kitchen, living/dining room, bathroom, 2 Bedrooms, a balcony and exclusive garden area to front and side. A parking space is provided outside the Lodge. Well equipped Kitchen: includes induction hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine. Good quality knives, pots and a great selection of crockery & utensils. Dedicated cupboard, drawer and shelving for guest supplies. Comfortable Living/dining room: has 2 large, 2 seater sofa's for relaxing, a dining area with oak furniture and comfortable padded seating, this room has sliding patio doors which lead on to a balcony with table & chairs for 4 people. TV with DVD & HIFI, board games, books, guide books and lots of information in our Guest Books Beautiful views across Aultbea, Loch Ewe and on a clear day as far as the Hebrides. Restful Bedrooms: One bedroom is set up as a large King (180cm W x 190cm L) and the other as Twin, with 2 standard single beds (90cm W x 190cm L). Electric blankets, Wool duvets, Egyptian cotton bed sets & black out curtains provide all the elements for a comfortable and relaxing sleep. Midge Roller blinds are installed in the bedrooms. Wardrobes and Drawers provide plenty of space for you to unpack. Modern Bathroom: The bathroom is fitted with a bath and overhead, thermostatic shower. The Lodge has great water pressure & plenty of hot water for a relaxing bath. There is also a heated towel rail and a de-misting Mirror with shaver socket & light. We supply lovely bamboo towels Garden The garden has a picnic table, a lawn area and a selection of bushes and trees. (some rhubarb if you come at the right time of year!) A huge variety of birds visit the bird feeder, it is common to see red deer, rabbits, White Tailed Eagles soaring above and occasionally you may get lucky and see one of the Pine Martens. Many wild flowers grow in the garden including wild orchids
