Barry was a great host. The air conditioner was not working when we arrived, but he was accommodating and assisted us in having it fixed. The space was great and we had a great time by the pool!

We had a great stay! House was as pictured and all instructions from host were clear and accurate. Plenty of space and bedrooms for our group.

Perfect location. Close to everything. Beaches shopping, bars and restaurants. We had a family of 11 sleep there very comfy. One night we had an additional 12 family members come in for happy hour and still plenty of room. And no need to worry about ice. They have an oversized ice maker built in the island. Totally recommend this place. And the communication with the owner and his wife made it so easy to have all our questions answered so we knew exactly what to expect. Great job. We would definitely stay again.

Our group had a great stay at the property. The house was very clean and ready for our group ahead of time. Barry let us check in early and check out late, as there were gaps in the bookings before/after. Barry was extremely responsive with any questions throughout the whole process and answered questions within 10-20 minutes. The pool and fire pit were great to have and the house is fully stocked with beach amenities, such as chairs, games, balls, and beach tags, although we did not use them. There is a TV in every bedroom as well as the main floor and upstairs living rooms. Highly recommend!

Overall a lovely location and a house with nice size rooms. Our family had a great time at Barry's home. Communication and check in was great and very appreciated. It's a quirky older home that has been very loved over the years. (I prefer things a bit more updated) It was a juggling act for the four bedrooms upstairs to use the one bathroom but we made it work! The kids loved the huge pool and swam even though it was freezing!
