It's as if the sun itself has slipped in to impart warmth and vitality to this space. Upon entering, you'll be welcomed by an immaculate and inviting white sofa that beckons you to lounge. It's the perfect spot to read a book, sip a cup of tea, or simply gaze out the window at the world beyond. The red brick fireplace is the heart of this room, and next to it you'll find access to the sleeping area via a spiral staircase. In the open-plan living area, you'll find the kitchen with a gas stove and all appliances, as well as a view of the back garden. Also on this level is the bathroom with a marine blue theme, complete with all facilities and a large shower cabin overlooking the garden, bringing brightness to the entire space. In the living room, you'll find a Smart TV with the possibility of connecting to YouTube, Netflix, and Prime. The spiral staircase leads you to the master bedroom, embodying serenity and comfort, with a queen-size bed, a large wardrobe, and air conditioning to ensure a comfortable stay.
