Relax indoors and take advantage of the direct ocean views. The recent upgrades include a new third floor, new electrical and plumbing systems, central air-conditioning and heating, and hurricane-rated windows and doors. The main level open floor plan consists of a room and opens to a large deck with comfortable seating and an eight-foot Tucci cantilevered umbrella. The second-floor ocean-facing guest bedroom is designed to double as a cozy hang-out room with a TV, sofa, daybeds, and a fabulous mural of a local map, providing a perfect spot to relax and unwind while overlooking the beach. The primary bedroom just down the hall brings the seaside indoors with its calming wallpaper resembling the ocean's waves and accents to match. Each bedroom has access to it's own bath with the ability to close the door off to the central shower. (There are no ground-floor bedrooms.) The third-floor ocean-facing bedroom has a large private deck. With two fridges and a well-equipped kitchen, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay.
