Apartment over the garage with private entry and plenty of space! 10' ceilings through the unit and both rooms have ceiling fans. Main living area has full sized couch, futon, and dining room for 4-5 adults. 55" LED Smart TV, microwave, small fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, and basic utensils. Bedroom has double bed with walk in closet, 32" LED Smart TV, and area for more guests to sleep on air mattress or sleeping bags (inquire within). Parking for two vehicles. (boat/rv possible) Private entry with outdoor space for relaxing or grilling. Main living area and bedroom have separate entries after going up 13 steps from the entry. Both rooms have bathroom entry. Air mattress is available upon request for additional sleeping space.

Place was just as described and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again if ever in the area.
The host was very nice!! On their property they also had a very friendly dog named bear, he was so sweet and didn’t bark at all. The apartment is small but the living room is perfect for hanging out. I was disappointed in the bathroom, the sink and shower were very noticeably dirty. I kept finding random hairs in the sink and shower. The water also had a very distinct smell to it. My biggest complaint was just the cleanliness of the bathroom, but everything else was good. I asked the host to borrow and iron, they were very sweet and let us borrow it.
