Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish guesthouse equipped with a coffee bar, office and cozy study nook. The neighborhood of Seabrook is just north of Beaufort on the Port Royal sound. You will be surrounded by trees and less than 5 minutes from a public fishing pier. The Spanish Moss bike trailhead and scrumptious breakfast spot Low Country Produce are less than 10 mins away. It is a 17 minute drive to Beaufort and 26 minutes to Parris Island. The guest house is about 350 sf with a private bedroom and bathroom. The other room has a living area with a sofa bed and TV, as well as an office with a desk and a reading nook. The coffee bar includes a coffee maker, microwave, mini-fridge and dishes. There is a bbq grill available for use as well as an outdoor seating area. We have backyard chickens and roosters who do crow in the morning. We don’t find it disruptive with all the other bird and morning nature sounds but want to make sure you know ahead of time! We live in the main house on the property and there is ample parking.
