If you are just looking for an economic place to crash this is a good option. However in my case I was looking to utilize the kitchen and living area and really couldn’t do that because 1. The AC is only in the bedroom and does not reach the common area so it feels very stuffy and hot 2. The fridge was not in service so the groceries I had bought could not be kept cold and I ended up having to go out to purchase meals 3. The couch is in awful conditions so relaxing there wasn’t an option The place is run down - needs fresh paint job, new furniture, working fridge etc. but the space itself is big and could be nice if they invested a bit into making it more comfortable
