Welcome to your bright and cozy remodeled 1950s 500 sq. ft, lower floor private guest suite. Located in a safe, quiet neighborhood and minutes away from local favorites and attractions including the James River. 8-ft. ceilings, high speed internet and smart tv. A Keurig coffee maker, k-cups, microwave, hot plate, fridge and washer/dryer. Rest easy with a queen Yogasleep bed, ceiling fan and white-noise machine. Perfect for small families, friends or couples looking to explore the Richmond area. All of the rooms pictures will be private to you. We will not have access to these areas during your stay.

Amazing stay. Host was so accommodating, made us feel welcomed. The nook is beautiful, would recommend for any guest staying in the area!
I was Julia's first guest and was very impressed with the attention to detail that had been given to making a cozy, attractive space. It was aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. It is truly a cozy Nook. Julia had thoughtfully made labels for light switches, cabinets, and supplies so I didn't have to search for anything. The linens were high quality and the bed very comfortable. The kitchenette is well furnished for light meal prep although work space is limited. I was in town for a family gathering and didn't have time to explore Bon Air but the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful with easy access to main streets. Although the hosts live upstairs I was never disturbed by noise. Julia is a great communicator and quick to respond to questions. I wouldn't hesitate to go back for another stay.

Bon Air was developed in 1877 as a rural city retreat for city dwellers. Today, it retains much of its charming character thanks to the Bon Air Historical Society. At the front of our neighborhood you can admire some of the still-standing Victorian-style houses
Ample shared parking is available in the double driveway; however, you might need to be able to back out of it if our cars are parked.
