4 homeless ppl greeted us from the adjacent dumpsters, the backyard had been broken into, homeless ppl drugged out going back and forth the street with shopping carts and breaking into cars all night. Had to call the police due to a psychotic man at 12am. Cars were smashed, house was smacked and attempted to be broken into for 2 hrs. The house has zero security. Bedroom doors kicked in, holes in the walls. The fridge had old food from previous guests. The remote for the tv was broken and tv had to be unplugged - apps were signed out. Tv was not functioning. Lamps broken Tried to cancel due to safety concern. The host did not respond. support got involved. 2 days to give back damage deposit had threatened to go public with police file number and photos. Very rude Toilet lids come off due to improper interior assembly. The key 4 the house is around back - had to walk through high wet grass to get it. Air bnb refunded us, put us in hotel. 1/10 host properties: 11004 108ave NW DONT

The house was beautiful, very clean and made me feel like home would definitely come back again when visiting family. The host gael was very responsive and helpful during my stay!
