My stay at Evan’s place exceeded all expectations! Not only is Evan the kindest, most helpful and thorough host ever, but his place is pretty magical. Checkin was a breeze (even with a late arrival) and walking through the gate was like walking into a 5-star hotel/spa. The property smelled like fresh lavender and eucalyptus (amazing!). Moreover, the privacy (yet still great proximity to shopping and restaurants), outdoor space, and clean fully-equipped indoor space were exceptional. Evan thought of literally everything and even had some surprise treats waiting for me. Each closet had fresh robes and instructions for laundry service—I felt like I was at a hotel! The kitchen had everything you could want or need and the home was also great for Ubereats and Instacart deliveries. I also had some specific questions for Evan and asked for a car service rec. He always responded in minutes and his recommendations were spot on. I will 100% be staying here next time I’m in town! Thank you!!

Nestled in Sherman Oaks, Evan's retreat offered a peaceful escape after navigating the chaotic 405 freeway. As gracious hosts and fellow alumni, Evan warmly welcomed us to a serene haven enveloped by rolling hills and the soothing sounds of nature. Recognizing the challenges our son faced as a recent graduate moving to LA, Evan offered his genuine assistance. With thoughtful decor and amenities, his place served as a comforting haven to unwind and recharge. Whether indoors or exploring the scenic neighborhood, Evan's sanctuary offered the ideal blend of comfort and natural beauty for an unforgettable getaway. We'll definitely be back! Thank you, Evan!

The best Airbnb or VRBO we have ever experienced by far, including two that we own ourselves. Superbly decorated, attention to every detail, many extra amenities....like a full set of condiments, Aqua water, a great bottle of wine, Keurig coffee, a basket of treats, and I could go on and on. Evan, our host, was most hospitable and accommodating. Value was well above the price. We stayed 8 days and wish it could have been 14, but we will be back.

We were in town for my husbands eye surgery. Evan was incredibly helpful during a stressful situation. The home is so peaceful which was exactly what we needed. The birds and sunrises were outstanding. I walked to yoga and to get coffee in the morning but uber eats/door dash was also a great and quick option. Couldn't be happier and want to come back in the future!
