Had an amazing stay, the house was everything and more! Lucas was very helpful and wonderful to deal with! Definitely would recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a calm and relaxing place to stay in LA!

The house appears much better in pictures. There’s potential there but the host didn’t put any effort into preparing it for his guests. Upon our arrival, the house wasn’t cleaned and we had to reach out to the host to arrange for a cleaner. The dishwasher had broken glass inside of it. The backyard was covered in dog feces. The drawers and closets were full of dust, we had to buy our own cleaning products to clean them. The buzzer for the gate didn’t work and when we reached out to the host, again, he told us to just do it manually everyday. The pool and the hot tub had a world of issues. Neither was cleaned upon our arrival. Upon going in it the first time, my son ended up with pink eye. The utility space for the room was a wreck and any time the pool guys came by, they had no idea what to do. The pool and the hot tub heat up the same temp and half the time the heating didn’t even work. Over our 25day stay, we had to contact the host every other day with an issue. Book anywhere else

Thank you Lucas for an incredible stay. We had two weeks of rehearsal in LA and this was the perfect house for our group. Close to weho/downtown/nearby attractions. Lucas was also hands down one of my favorites hosts, incredibly attentive and went above and beyond with our needs. The house is also incredibly appointed Jacuzzi, nice sheets, coffee+tea waiting for us etc. Also love that Whole Foods was close by for shopping etc. Looking forward to using this house whenever we stay in LA which is hopefully often. Thanks Lucas!
