The place was spacious and comfortable for a group of 8 staying for a wedding, with a few quirks like the broken front gate and not having enough towels. The address after booking did not match the map location, but when I brought this to Moziko’s attention, he was adamant that the listed address matched the map pin and it was not entirely pleasant. On the day of check in, the instructions did not specify where to park and gave no information for gaining access to the home; only after I reached out to the host an hour before our arrival (he did allow early check in) did he give us the code. Furthermore, some of our group arrived knowing that we had already checked in, but upon ringing the Ring doorbell they found that it was not connected to the house but resulted in a somewhat irritated response from the host. All in all, I was a bit anxious throughout the visit with regards to communicating with the host but the location was great and the home was overall satisfactory for the value.

Moziko's home was lovely, and he especially was very welcoming and helpful, and always responsive when I had questions. It was a peaceful and relaxing stay, within mintues of my destination. The only reason I cannot give it a "great" or 5-star rating is that we had two different issues with the downstairs plumbing, which affected my 6 guests who were staying with me. They could not use the downstairs bathrooms on the first day, and we all had to share the upstairs shower that day. The host called a plumber immediately after he learned of the problem, and the toilets and shower were fixed, but there was another bathroom that still had issues. I can't fault Moziko for a problem he clearly didn't know about, but I also can't say it was "great" when I had to apologize to my guests several times for the problems in the house. I hope that now that are resolved, this house is fully the 5-star location it deserves to be.

I had to stay here to be close to a medical appointment in Sherman Oaks, and this location was better than expected. It was so close to so many restaurants and grocery stores, as well as parks. The neighborhood was very quiet and walkable and safe, as well. I’ll be staying here again for future visits. Moziko was great and very responsive if I needed anything. The home is very accurate to the listing, and quaint/homey. A perfect home away from home. I honestly wish I had booked longer. Thanks, Moziko!

Great place to stay, particularly long term! Stayed here with two young children and appreciated the cleanliness, spaciousness, and overall setup of the home. Host was super thoughtful and responsive, and it is obvious that he takes care in preparing the home for guests. Large yard was especially helpful for the kids, and the home’s proximity to cafes, shops, grocery stores and the freeway made it incredibly convenient.
