Great location just outside of the city. Easy access to motorway into the city taking no more than 10 minutes. Handy supermarket just up the road. Apartment was nice and clean with everything we required.

We were here for a funeral, and Dickson was extremely friendly and was very responsive whenever we needed something. We enjoyed the homely feel of the apartment, it was super easy to check in and out. We appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee after a long day out. The heat pump was lifesaver as it was so cold! Dickson kindly offered a late checkout which we appreciated as we had long days with our family grieving. We highly recommend Dickson’s place to anyone visiting Dunedin. It was everything and more we could have asked for ❤️ Kia ora Dickson for your wonderful hospitality.
