This place really is something special. It’s been decorated to such a high standard and has everything you need as guests. The bar in the garden is perfec! 5 minute walk into town withlovely pub/restaurants (the hollybush and the fleece our favourites) also having an M&S so close is great :) All round an amazing trip, lovely hosts and fabulous house

This was our second stay at "The Case In Point" and it was again, faultless. Like the first stay, the house was spotlessly clean, tidy and well presented. The host had also included a welcome hamper, which was a really nice touch. One of the points I mentioned to the host from the last visit, where that the towels were a little on the small side. This had now been rectified and all rooms now had large towels for all the guests. A fantastic response from the host to rectify this small issue so swiftly. There was also some small amenities added to the kitchen, salt & Pepper, cooking oil, washing tablets and cleaning sprays to keep on top of the kitchen during our stay. Another great stay and we have recommended some work colleagues book this property for their upcoming businesses trip. Thanks again!

First and foremost, the communication with the hosts was outstanding. From the moment I inquired about booking to the day of check-out, they were incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring every detail of my stay was taken cae of. As someone who needed a conducive space for work, the office was an absolute game-changer. I was able to stay connected and productive without any hassle, thanks to the seamless Wi-Fi and comfortable workspace provided. The bedrooms in the property are beautifully presented, all very comfortable and clean. Downstairs is just as comfortable, with a huge TV and sofa to relax on. Kitchen has everything needed for cooking and cleaning, dishwasher, washing machine and iron and ironing board under the stairs. While we didn't use the bar in the garden, we did take a look and it's fantastic! The other welcome suprise was just how close you are to Witney Town centre, just a very short walk from the house. All in all great stay and we have booked again.
