We have an assortment of bedding choices in each room, king, queen, and even a bunk bed. The living room also offers a Queen Sleeper Sofa. Fun in the sun is only minutes away with the boardwalk and beach access just minutes from the property Our Master bedrooms with private baths & double vanities - a queen, equipped with a TV. And the 2nd bedroom has a private bathroom and a King Bed , equipped with a TV as well. The 3rd bedroom has its own bathroom with a queen bed and bunk bed Our comfy sofa bed could convert into a regular queen size bed. Just off of 2nd Ave. in Myrtle Beach! 3 MINUTES walk to step onto the ocean sand and a very quick walk to shopping, dining and everywhere else like FAMILY KINGDOM AMUSEMENT PARK; THE BOARDWALK , 2ND AVENUE FISHING PEIR , WATERFRONT RESTAURANTS, There also many other walkable dining places; COFFEE/ DOUGHNUT SHOPS, GOLF CART RENTALS, CANDY SHOP, AND GAS STATION that are just around the corner from the house. A cart and 4 beach chairs are provided for your enjoyment

Clean, extra towels and blankets and perfect for what we were looking for. Great location right by the beach.
We stayed in late April 2024. The place was very clean. The unit had plenty of towels and kitchen items. Just a block from the beach and a couple of blocks from the boardwalk. The 2 balconies were really cool and you can see the ocean between the hotels. The unit is centrally located to everything with just a short distance to Highway 501. The garage was very nice when you have to load or unload your vehicle in raining weather. If you have a large vehicle, you may have trouble parking in the garage. My F150 truck fit but it was snug. I have to turn the mirrors in to fit in the garage. If you have any disabilities and have trouble with stairs, this is probably not the best unit for you due to the multiple levels, however we had no issues with the stairs. Easy checkin with the keypad. Unit was perfect. We would love to book again!
Beautiful modern home. We stayed with our Golden and 3 children. House was roomy for all of us and had the comforts of home. It was a short walk to the beach. The use of beach cart and beach chairs were very convenient. My youngest was happy to see beach toys. Myrtle Beach was quiet and awaiting its beach season. We made use of the kitchen for meals. It would have been nice to have some common spices for cooking and salt and pepper, but we made it work. The bedroom off the stairs got warm at night and could use a fan. The AC came on but didn’t cool it down much. Other than that we had a great stay. Host was responsive and house was clean. Would stay again!
Minh’s place was amazing, looks even better in person than the photos. Very comfortable beds we felt right at home! The ocean is a quick 4 minutes walk with lots of restaurants and bars. Minh was extremely helpful during our stay. We recommend his place and we will definitely return in the near future.
Very well appointed and clean. Would only recommend turning the main floor bedroom into a master type bedroom due to having elderly parents that struggled with the two flights of stairs. Very nice place.
