This will be our new favorite air bnb in makati. Super worth it for its price. Plus it is right in the middle of poblacion where restaurants, bars and coffee shops are accessible. We also love the vibe of the room. It is clean and comfortable, we love the floor to ceiling window and the smart tv.

I really wanted to give a 5 star rating, because it is a clean and comfortable place and the front desk lady is super sweet. However, it is impossible to sleep here, I am very noise tolerant, in fact I can only sleep if there is some noise, but I didn't sleep an hour in my 2 nights of staying here, there is such a loud club music from 6 pm to 6 am, it feels like you are right at the party, but also you can even hear people on the streets so clearly like they were next to you. Check out is at 11 am (which is already early considering that you can not sleep at night, only in the morning) , but my door was knocked at 10 am already to remind me that I need to leave, which I didn't really appreciate. Also I was told the day before that they would come to remove the tv so I should stay at my room and wait for them, I was waiting for a couple hours and it was a bit uncomfortable, I would have checked out the day after, they could have waited with that until then.
