It's so difficult to decide where to start this review since everything was so amazing from gorgeous, lush property to the view from the penthouse. Everything was so intentional from the lighting to the decor--the silverware even matched the drain. The penthouse was luxurious yet cozy. The space combines modern amenities and the aesthetics of Tulum jungle. The rooftop patio is fun, functional, and spacious. I was able to workout up there while my wife did yoga and then take a dip in the pool. This space is a gem tucked away from the main strip, but everything from beach clubs, bars, and the supermaket are just one mile or a scooter ride away. To top it off the host was responsive and helpful. ~Jaime

Aflora was beautiful in every way! It was our honeymoon and it was romantic , peaceful and truly breathtaking ! Private “romance “ packages are offered if you want to surprise your significant other, friend or whoever with something special. Will 10000% be coming back to a place we consider a second home !

If I could give this place 10-stars, I would! Aflora is a beautiful private property. All roads are paved in Aldea Zama. Perfectly situated between Tulum centro and hotel zone. Gorgeous installations, there is some construction within the property (like everywhere in Tulum), however, never heard any noise. If you're looking for peace and quiet this is your place! The penthouse unit is better than the pictures! Fully equipped/stocked kitchen, with access to filtered/drinkable water /ice directly from the fridge. I loved the private outdoor space on the top floor (star gazing). Additional amenities (pool/gym/co-working area/sitting areas/reception staff/Panza restaurant/bike rental/laundry on-site) are all a BIG PLUS! The host Jose Luis is epitome of excellence! Carlos and two other girls from reception are awesome. NOTE: Construction of multiple towers are in eyeline sight across balcony off kitchen. Spa/Bath House with natural cenote is under construction to be completed mid-2025.

Really nice apartment brand new, we were the 3rd guests there. Some construction noise inside the condo but you don’t hear it in the apartment. Jose was one of the best hosts we’ve ever had in tulum. So so nice this guy 🙌🏽 thank you for everything again Jose.

I LOVED this condo and all of the amenities that this property has to offer. The kitchen has everything, the bed was so comfy, the space is so bright and open. The private rooftop deck was really nice especially watching the sunset from the plunge pool. I also loved the main pool and I wish I had time to enjoy the fitness classes that are offered. I would also loved to have tried Panza restaurant because the food looked amazing. Beautiful resort. Highly recommend. Everything was perfect. I’m just sad I couldn’t stay longer, but I will definitely be back!
