This place was beautiful. We had an incredible time. The pool was beautiful, workout room was awesome and complete with all equipment, walking distance to a supermarket and other shops/restaurants. The room was so comfortable for a family. We would love to stay here again and would recommend it to friends and family. They also had a very helpful concierge service that was available before and throughout our stay to help with transportation, tours and other trip recommendations!

We absolutely adored this spot! The condo was very comfortable, the amenities (pool, gym, concierge) were very nice, and the location was perfect. It is also nice that they have security staff working 24 hours. There are walking distance restaurants and shops. You can also walk to downtown Tulum as well (highly recommend). The beach is technically walkable but it would be a bit far. I would recommend renting a scooter or bike through the concierge and getting around that way since taxi's are outrageously expensive. I would 100% recommend staying here. We would stay here again if and when we return to Tulum.

Pictures don’t do this place justice, this was paradise. Numerous restaurants and stores in walking distance. Host was extremely responsive, allowed late check out. I cannot express enough how amazing this place is.

This place is absolutely worth the price. I would say the only down fall was a bit of construction on upgrading a few areas outside of the condo. But that should be done in a day or two, and the construction didn’t start any of the louder work till around 11, so we were still able to sleep in. But this place is more beautiful than the photos and we loved being close enough to walk to the grocery store and being 1/2 way between the hotel zone and downtown Tulum. Lying by the pool was amazing. Tulum when it comes to food and drinks were expensive, so be prepared. The Music you hear mid day until around 11pm is the hostel up the road at Mayan Monkey. Certainly for a younger crowd. The hammock is great for a little nap. Highly recommend, would stay here again in a heart beat.
