die wohnung ist für 2 personen völlig ausreichend & man ist in wenigen gehminuten in der stadt, was von vorteil ist.

The apartment is an apartment in another apartment. There’s a common kitchen area in front of the apartment, which was often very messy and also a common „open air“ washing area - there’s no door. We think that this was the reason why the cockroaches came in the apartment. It’s very loud and you can hear everything from the „neighbors“ especially when they’re leaving the bigger apartment. It’s close to the park which was an amazing location. The owner didn’t care about the cockroaches, he ignored it all - it was just very crucial for him to let us know that we have to give a high rating. As the owner highlighted that the apartment is fully equipped and nothing is missing, there are a few things which are missing e.g. salt, pepper, olive oil or coffee and there’s no washing powder available (now it is because we left ours😉)

Location is really good: - Turia 5 min - Consum 5 min - Old centre 10 min - Metro 20 min, the main downside The apartment itself is also good and well-equipped but with a small caveat: it's "apartment in the apartment" with no sound isolation, it was never noisy though. The main problem during our stay was huge leak in the kitchen which host couldn't solve.
