Ideal house for families or large groups, located in a quiet area next to the old town of Nafplio, beneath Palamidi Fortress. With spacious rooms and an excellent location, enjoy the quietness and easy access to attractions! In 2024 we rebuilt our grandmother's house, preserving its special character. The property is a detached house with a staircase, 110 sqm. On the ground floor, there is an open-plan space with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with a sofa bed, and a bathroom. The upper floor features one single, one double, one triple bedroom, a second bathroom, and 2 balconies. At the back of the ground floor, there is a small open area. The house has a solar and electric water heater and a washing machine. Air conditioning is available in the ground floor, double, and triple bedrooms. We can also provide you with a crib along with a mattress at no extra cost. Free Wi-Fi is provided.

Πολύ όμορφο και άνετο σπίτι σε ήσυχη γειτονιά. Τα υπνοδωμάτια πολύ βολικά ακόμα και ο καναπές που γίνεται κρεβάτι στο σαλόνι ήταν πολύ άνετος. Τα μπάνια πλήρως ανακαινισμένα και μεγάλα. Οι οικοδεσπότες πολύ ενημερωτικοί για τις εκδηλώσεις των ημερών και εξυπηρετικοί. Σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά όταν ξαναέρθουμε.

Τhe house is located in the quiet neighborhood of Pronoia, close to the historic center of Nafplio. With a short walk through Kolokotronis park, you will find yourself in the charming Old Town, where you can visit the attractions of the area, such as Bourtzi, the Archaeological and Folk Museum, Syntagmatos Square and Akronafplia. Within a short distance numerous restaurants, cafes, bars, and bakeries await you. Additionally, every Wednesday and Saturday, there is the local market of Nafplio right next to the house, offering fresh fish, fruits, vegetables, and local delicacies. Lastly, there is an ATM nearby for your convenience.
The neighborhood offers easy parking, and the KTEL bus station is a 10-minute walk away. Arvanitia Beach is also within walking distance, while Karathona Beach and Palamidi Fortress are just a 5-minute drive away.
