This place was wonderful. The pier was phenomenal and my sons spent the majority of their time fishing from morning into the night. The living room/dining room area is open, spacious and very cozy. We would love to be back!

The most perfect weekend getaway! The house was exactly what we thought it was, the backyard was beautiful and the fishing was great! Highly recommend! 10/10

We had a great stay. Enjoyed not having to walk up a bunch of steps to enter the bay house. Nice pier and great fishing. Close to bait camp, restaurants and stores.

The house is exactly as described. The pier is great for fishing / crabbing. We probably caught 100+ fish on Saturday, but we fished for close to 8 hours. We only caught a few that were keepers, the rest were baby catfish. sheepheads and a few trout. So if you want lots of bites, this is definitely your place. We dropped the crab pots closer to the house and caught more crabs than dropping them out deeper. Just put raw chicken in them. Caught catfish, blue crabs, and hermit crabs in those. I found it was odd that there were no trash cans in the bathrooms. Kitchen was stocked with everything you could need from what we saw. There was a minor issue with the smoke detector but I feel like Evan made that right. We only utilized the master bedroom since there were just 2 of us, but the bed was really comfy, and the AC works great.

Evan was a great host and very responsive. First night was able to get us ac repair after hours on a friday night in 100 deg weather. House was very clean but the floor plan was not set up properly, it was difficult for our family to gain privacy with each other for restroom and shower usage. The front door literally walks into a bedroom so thats pretty weird. The bathrooms are next to each other and the door didnt close or lock between them so we were unable to get privacy. Shower head was very short. Beds were just ok. If you like a super soft bed you will be happy. No washer and dryer was available The pier was in good condition and we were able to catch a few fish while we were there. Sunrises were beautiful and the moon shining on the water was breathtaking. Because of the issues with the floor plan of the house and the inconveniences with the set up we felt this was over priced. Thankyou Evan for being such a gracious and responsive host
