Properties with a heated pool incur a daily pool heat fee of $45. For stays over 29 nights, there might be an extra damage waiver fee. We'll get in touch to discuss the options and details. Cancellation Policy Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. Guest Insurance Please note, as a part of booking we secure insurance for your stay and will require you to sign a Guest Rental Agreement. This insurance is meant to cover any incidental damages to the property that may occur during your stay and does not cover any issues with your trip related to cancellation due to illness or other reasons.
