We spent an amazing 3 weeks at Brennan’s home and couldn’t recommend it more highly. The property is somehow even more gorgeous than the photos, and extremely peaceful. It was also very toddler friendly, with a huge lawn to run around on, a playroom with fantastic toys, and various kid accessories (potty seat, monitor, etc) - plus, Brennan went out of his way to set up a crib for our baby, which was SO appreciated for a long stay! One thing that stood out was the quality of finishes and amenities - we are picky and typically bring our own pots and pans for long stays, but we were pleasantly surprised to see that Brennan had sparkling new stainless steel + ceramic cookware and fantastic appliances, which made us feel so at-home and comfortable. Brennan is also a total gem of a person - SO helpful and kind, courteous, and gave us our space but also very responsive if we ever needed anything. We adore him and his home, and can’t wait to visit again soon!

And if the location itself wasn’t already special enough, the view from the house and cliffs overlooking the Long Island Sound are just breathtaking. They are a reward. Amazing experience! Staying was wonderful and we found it to be super magical. The beach was wonderful for swimming every day. Most of the time we had it practically to ourselves. We really enjoyed having breakfasts and dining on the patio outside facing the breezy ocean and a lush lawn. House is well appointed and has tons of space - definitely more than we needed, but we enjoyed the privacy. The house has all the supplies you need in the kitchen, bathroom and utility rooms. And its pet friendly policy - was a huge plus for our family.
Instructions and communication were super easy and made for a pleasant stay. Brennan was super flexible with our very late arrival and even left a bottle of local wine and a welcome gift for us! And was always available to answer our questions. The house is in an ideal location - close to the historical towns of Southold and Greenport and an array of reputable restaurants and shops. Also plenty of farms within driving distance for seasonal fruit, vegetables and local produce. Plus the proximity to array of the vineyards of North Fork. Worth absolutely every penny. We definitely recommend this home for a stay in North Fork. One of the best Airbnb experiences we have ever had.

Fantastic House! Our family of four had a great time. We spent a month at Brennan’s house and the time absolutely flew by. The property is quiet and secluded but still very close to all the great things that the North Fork has to offer. We would definitely stay here again, without hesitation.
