Big beautiful house with gorgeous backyard. Very well equipped, easy 10 minute walk to a nice sound beach. Lots of services around, Southold was great, and the wineries were fun. Lenz was my favorite, Corey Creek is beautiful.

This house met some of our hopes and not others. What it delivered on: plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, quiet neighborhood, fun pool, range of games in rec space, well stocked kitchen (including 2nd fridge in garage), window screens for natural venting (which we did a lot as Covid precaution), and responsive property manager. What it fell down on: poor natural light, ragged bath and bed linens, a feeling of bare maintenance: loose, missing or unlockable handles and knobs; debris inside drawers; the leg supports on beds in largest rooms aren't supporting; trash under furniture; unobstructed piece of yard to play ball. We didn't use the formal living room and dining room as they were dark and the furniture awkward. If you have an expectation for a "deeply cleaned" house during Covid, this wasn't, in my mind. It is certainly a decent property for a large group who seek plenty of beds, baths, onsite activities, high kitchen function. We wished for more comfort from close care and refreshed linens.

Perfect for 6 couples for a long weekend - more than enough space for everyone! Perfect set up for grilling, hanging poolside, and relaxing. Would highly recommend!

John’s home was fantastic! Perfect for a large group and very spacious. Also, the house has everything that you need - high chairs, bikes, floats, games you name it. The host was very responsive and the backyard/pool area were perfect for entertaining + very peaceful! I’d definitely recommend!!!
