Perfect stay at Patrick’s gorgeous house in the ideal, tranquil, picturesque location!! Patrick was an incredibly responsive and attentive host. We’ve never experienced a better host! Entire house (in particular the kitchen) was extremely well appointed and all appliances, table and flatware — everything, really — top notch!! The pool and hot tub were heavenly. We will be back again soon.

I cannot say enough positive things about Patrick’s elegant home and warm hospitality! Communication was easy as Patrick was friendly and super responsive. Cooking in his beautifully equipped kitchen was one of the best parts of our stay. There was so much beauty to discover in the surrounding towns, but we were always excited to go back for a swim in the expansive pool, relax in the hot tub or enjoy a glass of wine as we looked out on the vineyard. We also enjoyed riding the vintage bicycles to the beach-just 2.5 miles away. The NoFo Vineyards are so special. (We especially loved Croteaux- right in Peconic!). All six of us agreed that it was the most beautiful home we’ve ever stayed in and one of our favorite vacations ever!!!

We recently had the pleasure of spending an unforgettable 10 days at Patrick's remarkable Airbnb in Peconic. From the moment we arrived until the day we departed, Patrick proved to be an exceptional host, demonstrating unwavering kindness, generosity, and attentiveness. We were thoroughly impressed with the location, the house, and all the incredible amenities it had to offer. The location of Patrick's Airbnb is simply outstanding. Tucked away in the beautiful Peconic area with beautiful vineyard and waterfront views, we were surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty at every turn. The picturesque surroundings provided an ideal setting for relaxation and rejuvenation. Our kids spent countless hours playing by the pool, while we soaked up the warm sunshine and lounged in the hot tub. The house itself exceeded all expectations. Immaculately maintained and tastefully decorated, it exuded an ambiance of luxury and comfort. Thank you again Patrick for a wonderful time!

Okay you can stop looking. This is the perfect North Fork vacation rental. It’s airy and beautiful, completely outfitted and managed by a terrific homeowner who had gone to great lengths to provide everything you need for an amazing summer holiday.
