Such a nice cozy little place, bonus car parking space outside the front door & a nice little back garden to sit, relax & watch the birds! Perfect location as sea only up the road! 😊

The apartment is beautifully decorated and well resourced and the host is communicable and helpful. The location is incredible if you have a child and even if you don't!

Philip was a great host. Very accommodating, allowed early entry which was really useful for. Supplied all essentials including bread and chocolate which was a really nice touch. The property is very clean and spacious and parking right outside the door. The property is a 30 second walk to the sea front and just a ten minute walk to the main part of Southend sea front. Will definitely be back again. I would definitely recommend this property and host.

Philip was a great host, place was nice and tidy. Very flexible check in and out times too. This is my best air bnb experience so far.
