James's house is absolutely beautiful, with lots of lovely touches that made my friend and I feel right at home. It's within very easy walking reach of the main sights in York, but is also a lovely, comfortable place to hang out in which was perfect for us. Would highly recommend.

Cute 2 bed house in a great location. No parking directly outside. But parking within walking distance including council car park with good EV charging points. Clean, comfortable well fitted and good value.

This property couldn't have been any more beautifully furnished, incredibly clean, extremely well-positioned, easily accessible, and down-right perfect. The photos didn't do this place justice. James was brilliant with instructions and made an effort to make sure our experience was the best it could be. If I ever visit York again, I know where I will be staying.

James was very responsive to any questions I had. The property was beautifully designed with comfy beds. There were 2 rooms both with a double bed in. The house was in a great location and everything in town was walkable. Parking is nearby and is approx £22 for 24 hours so factor into your budget too. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Incredible place. It's a proper house, completely functional, fully equipped, extremely well decorated. My wife said, you must write that the linens were smelling so fresh as just coming from the washing machine, truly amazing. The house it's cozy, we were amazed by the attention to detail. James's house is located in a quiet neighborhood, 7 min walk to the city center. For sure one of the best experiences we had staying in an airbnb ever. York is a really good city to visit, and if one day we'd go back, I'll try to book it again with this host. Thank you so much James!!
