This 7-bedroom shared house is located in the University District. The U-District is home to some of the best coffee shops, movie theaters, bookshops, and ethnic restaurants in Seattle. Your private room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The house is only a few blocks away from the University, and 10 minute's drive to Downtown, by car or Uber. This is a private room with all the essentials in a house with other travelers sharing the common areas. Kitchen and bathrooms are cleaned and restocked daily with all the essentials for your comfort.

It was good. I enjoyed my place :) And the host responded fast !
Inexpensive place to stay near light rail which was what I needed. House does transmit noise from other guests pretty readily so if you're a light sleeper this might be the place for you. I came in late (~1115 pm) and there were still others moving around, showering, closing doors loudly, etc. so plan accordingly.

The University District neighborhood is amazing. Alive with different types of people throughout the year. A multitude of restaurants, an incredible year-round farmers market (every Sunday) plus local shops, and easy proximity to downtown Seattle and other popular local neighborhoods. Super easy public transportation in and out of the area makes the UD a prime location.
Our neighbors are comprised mostly of students and sometimes they will throw a party on the weekend. But they are very friendly and they will be happy to invite you to join them or turn the volume down if you ask them to.
There are a multitude of ways to travel to our location.
The easiest is to drive, take an Uber or a Taxi. There are also many bus stops nearby and the light rail U-District that will take you to Downtown in 2 stops.

- light rail to U-District station, walk 10 minutes
The trip by car from the airport can take 30-60min depending on traffic if you drive.
The light rail takes about 30 minutes from the airport to the closest station.
