Zack called on friday evening to see what time we were arriving. Told him 3pm We arrived unsure on location couldn't get ahold of zack, finally got ahold of him and the flat number, had to wait 20 minute's for the cleaner to come with the key, We entered the flat and it was a total mess as it hadnt been cleaned from the last guests and had to wait another 1.5hrs for it to cleaned which then stopped our plans for the evening. Only good thing with this property its close to the tube station

I enjoyed my stay from start to end. Host was very responsive . House was very warm , and clean . The house looks so much better than the pictures and everything works

The location of Zack’s place is great for accessing London with easy access to the tube. There was safe parking on site. The flat was a good size for two adults and a child. We have provided the host with some feedback on the things that could be improved so hopefully they will attend to those to make this a 5 star stay in the future. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The flat is quiet and comfortable, it looks as in the pictures on the annoucement. The kitchen is werll equipped and we found everything clean. Public transportation -(metro, bus) and groceries are around 5 to 10 minutes away. Zach was very reactive and his instructions were clear. Highly recommended !
