This far exceeded our expectations. Marilyn and Tommy were fantastic hosts. They have a beautiful home. The guest suites are very private. The breakfast was exceptional. The view was incredible. We visited in February. We are planning another trip this summer. Thank you Marilyn and Tommy.

A great experience overall! Marilyn and Tommy were very friendly, offered us wine and beer when we got there and were the perfect balance of attentive and laid back. Rooms were beautifully made, however the shower is definitely only big enough for 1 person! Big sweet breakfasts with a fruit salad and delicious secret sauce. The amenities were great, pool table played well and the hot tub was cozy! The TV, pool table and hot tub are all in the same room though, which might be tough to balance with other guests if busy! Very easy to find and close to lots of restaurants and outdoor activities. Awesome stay!

Staying at Marilyn and Tommy's property was the highlight of my CO trip. The home is absolutely beautiful and clean. The breakfasts, pool table, and theater were all a huge bonus. The hosts were extremely kind and welcoming. I hope I can return back soon!

We both had a wonderful time at Marilyn and Tommy’s bed and breakfast! Their place is absolutely beautiful! They are both down to earth, heartwarming and gracious hosts. Who greeted us with a glass of wine and just love to sit and talk with their guests and tell stories. The rooms are comfortable, clean and everything is set up wonderfully. The location is very convenient to Winter Park as well as Rocky Mountain national Park and Granby is a quaint cute town! Having a home-cooked breakfast in the morning it’s such a wonderful way to start the day and the meal is included in your stay… The value was great and we look forward to seeing them again soon!
