Male guests only The ensuite, which is also my room is a pretty large and well maintained space, it has a great bathroom, a Nintendo switch, a large TV and a comfortable queen sized bed, a single air mattress will be provided if you would mind sharing a bed. The house is also very close to Alamein train station, about a 5 minute walk, which would take you directly to the CBD in 33 minutes. The nearest supermarket is about a 16 minute walk but I'd be more than happy to drive you there with me. Our room has the following: -Tiled bathroom with heat lamps -Queen sized bed -window with Block out blinds. -Large 60 inch television -Full sized ductless aircon for your comfort during summer or winter. Location and Property: -Our house is newly built so everything should be clean and working at their best. -We are located in a great area, the Train station(Alamein) direct to the Melbourne CBD is only a 4-5 minute walk and if you want to visit Chadstone Shopping Centre you could catch a bus with a 16-17 minute walk that'll take you straight to it . -if you feel like a small workout in the mornings or before bed, we have a great garage gym that has free weights, incline bench-press, sit-up bench, body vibration platform and power tower. -We have a great furnished outdoor space that's got hardwood decking and glass/steel framed sun shades so you'll never feel too cramped for space.
